At the Clubhouse, you can receive peer support, meaningful daily activities, as well as guidance and advice that promote well-being and support recovery. The activities are free, voluntary, and flexible – you participate in your own way, according to your strengths and resources.

 

  • Our Clubhouse is open on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, except on Wednesdays from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM, when there is a young adult group (for ages 18-35).
  • Activities may also take place in the evenings and on weekends, led by members. You can come and go as it suits you best.
    The day’s program consists of tasks related to maintaining the Clubhouse carried out together, as well as various groups and meetings.
  • In addition, we organize well-being activities and job and study coaching.
  • Coffee breaks structure the day, during which we discuss current topics in casual conversation.
  • Participation in all activities is voluntary. We help you find a preferred way to get involved in our community.
  • We plan and make decisions together about matters concerning our community and upcoming events at weekly house meetings.

A welcoming, relaxed, and joyful atmosphere is especially important to us.
