Work coaching

Practicing working life skills together is a key part of the Clubhouse’s work coaching. In the Clubhouse’s daily tasks, you can maintain and develop a variety of skills, such as social skills, IT skills, using the cash register, working in the kitchen and engaging in the community. The house’s tasks can spark enthusiasm and encourage you to try out a completely new work field!

As a member of the Clubhouse, you can also receive personal support in your job search, for example in writing a resume and job application or preparing for a job interview. You can also have My Own Path goal discussions with a job coach, which will help you plan your own employment path. We also advise on coordinating benefits and salary.

The clubhouse cooperates with the Central Uusimaa TE services and other municipal actors in employment matters.

Study coaching

The Clubhouse provides support for study-related problems and questions. With a study coach, you can discuss study options that are right for you, fill out applications, and visit different educational institutions. If you need additional support to progress in your studies, we can work together to discuss, for example, study techniques, time management, or everyday life management.

You can also come to the Clubhouse to study and do schoolwork in peace. The Clubhouse can be a good place to study, especially when going to school feels difficult, for example due to mental health challenges or other life situations. You will receive support from a study coach if needed, and you will not have to be alone.

The clubhouse has quiet, study-friendly spaces and computers for your use. Study coaching meetings can also be held remotely.
