Kitchen tasks
At the Clubhouse, we prepare a tasty lunch together for community members on Mondays and Thursdays at the price of €3.50. The menu is planned collaboratively. Please register for lunch by 9:00 a.m. at the latest so we can prepare the right amount of food.
Occasionally, we also bake goods to sell in the Clubhouse café. Lunch preparation and baking will take place if at least two members participate in kitchen tasks.
During café opening hours, you can buy light snacks, coffee, and tea. We aim to plan our menus in an economically and nutritionally sustainable way, supporting healthy lifestyles. Whenever possible, we also take special diets into account. In the kitchen, you can also practice using the cash register and managing dishwashing.
Office tasks
Office tasks include administrative duties such as bookkeeping and statistics. You can also practice IT skills through meeting and webinar preparations and digital task management.
Communication tasks involve maintaining the website and social media, creating brochures, advertisements, and handling various internal and external communication needs.
We also manage the Clubhouse reception, where we welcome visitors, answer phone calls, and assist with check-in.
Other tasks
House maintenance includes cleaning tasks assigned to different days and watering plants. In addition, you can use your own skills, for example, as a peer instructor.
Well-being activities
The Clubhouse organizes various activities that support well-being and promote continuous learning. We aim to increase everyday physical activity together and arrange themed groups. You can find group schedules in our weekly program.
Additionally, the Clubhouse participates in courses organized by other providers, such as recovery-oriented courses, mental health first aid courses, and fire safety training.
We want to encourage everyone to take part in joint activities, such as organizing events, participating in forums related to developing municipal services, and collaborating with other local organizations.
